Hi I’m Asha and I’m really looking forward to getting to know you all this year. Here’s some facts about me. My main interests are rock climbing and playing the oboe. I also love singing and hanging out with friends. My favorite subjects are Outdoor Ed, History and English. I have been at Campbell High since year 7 and have really enjoyed my time here. Campbell High offers heaps of really cool opportunities which are definitely worth watching out for. I’m always around to talk to if anyone has any questions, issues or just wants to chat. I hope you all have a great year.
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! I’m Koki and I am looking forward to getting to know you all. This is so you can get to know me more if you ever want to chat. I love arts and crafts, sports (especially soccer), reading, writing, drawing, singing (very off key) and dancing (containing only the Koki move, very, very, very unique). I love to chat all the time, and I bet all my teachers can tell you that. I went to Ainslie Primary before Campbell and ever since I have been at Campbell I have been treated amazingly. At school I enjoy all my subjects, but mostly Mathematics and English. I’m approachable if you have any questions or are lost or you just want to chat. I hope you enjoy your time at Campbell High cause it will most certainly enjoy your time here!!!
Hi, my name is Claire. Before Campbell, I went to Forrest Primary School, and since the start of year seven I have felt very happy and welcome here. At school I enjoy Science, Band and History. In my spare time I like to do athletics, swimming and gaming. I participate in many of the wonderful opportunities Campbell High offers, including the Challenge Program and the Japan Trip. I hope to be able to provide positive leadership throughout the school for the year 7’s and the rest of the school.
Hi everyone, my name is Ruth and I’m the School Captain for 2017. I’d love to meet you or chat to you at any time about anything, so come and talk to me! I love to sing, swim and play tennis, as well as seeing friends and making new ones. English is the best subject because there is no one answer, and the discussions are great. I loved coming to Campbell and being given all of this new freedom, but I understand how it can be overwhelming as well. Come find me, I’d love to get to know you!!
Hi!!! I'm Tilda and I'm really happy to be working with everyone in the leadership group. I look forward to helping lots of different people and making sure the school environment is super friendly. Drama and Maths are a couple of my favourite subjects, and outside of school I play music and different sports. I love answering questions and chatting, so feel free to come and have a chat.
Hi! My name is Finn, and I've been at Campbell since year 7. I came from North Ainslie Primary School (go NAPS!!!). I love singing, playing guitar and piano, drawing and making art, watching movies (especially Jurassic Park), and learning about Archeology, Paleontology, and History. My favourite subjects at Campbell are English, SoSE, Science, Art and Music. I struggled a lot in year 7 with anxiety (and I still do!), so if you ever need to come and talk to me about feeling nervous or scared, or if you're just not feeling good, I'd be really happy to help out and listen, because I know how hard it can be. I also understand that sometimes high school, and friendships, and people can be a bit overwhelming, and so if you need to chat about that too, I'd be more than happy to listen. I hope you all have a great 2017, and if you see me in the corridor, don't be afraid to come say hi!
My name is Konlayar and I am part of the Year 10 Leadership Team for 2017 along with other peers. I am House Captain of Dickson and also part of the CLLASS program (Campbell Ladies Leadership and Sports Studies). Some of my favorite subjects include Mathematics, Physical Education, English and Japanese. I believe I am an approachable person because as a leader I want to help out whenever I can. I am grateful to Mr. Fitzgerald, our Year Coordinator, for giving me this great opportunity and looking forward to making connections with new students.
Gday, my name is Hugh. I am looking forward to knowing all of you this year. My favourite subjects at school are SoSE and TSP (Talented Sports Program). My hobbies outside of school are AFL, mountain biking and tennis. If anyone has anything they would like to say or need help with feel free to ask me about it.
Hi everyone, my name is Bec and I’m one of your year 10 leaders for 2017. I attended Bungendore Public School before starting year 7 at Campbell High. My favourite subjects are Science and History, I love watching Malcolm in the Middle and Mythbusters and my hobbies include sleeping and talking. Year 7 seemed a bit daunting and overwhelming for me as I had never changed schools before and I really want to help anyone who feels the same about starting high school. My dad always reminds me- “High school is just 4 years, and long term it’s a significantly short time in your life even though school has been all your life so far. But what you get from these four years count for so much towards your future so use it to your advantage and make the most of it.”
Hi, my name is Matt. At school I enjoy all my subjects but particularly love French, Science and TSP (Talented Sports Programme). My favourite sports are running and soccer. I applied to be a part of the Student Executive group to make positive change. If you have some cool ideas or maybe some worries, feel free to approach me or one of my fellow year 10 leaders.
Hello!!! My name is Tara. I can’t wait for this year!!! There are so many cool activities planned out for everyone this year! Nanowrimo (National Novel Writer's Month), Sports comps, Maths and Science Comps, Band performances, Artsfest… So many choices!! Personally I prefer music (I play the oboe), writing and reading but that isn’t to say I won’t give other things a try. If anyone has any questions about anything at all I will do my absolute best to answer it and if I am not sure I can just as easily direct you to someone who knows more :) I really hope everyone will have fun and give things they thought they could never do a go. You might be surprised what you are capable of! GO CAMPBELL!!!
Hey, I’m Sophie! Did you know that the 29th of May is officially Put a Pillow on Your Fridge day? Very cool. I mean it’s much more interesting than hearing about how I enjoy jogging, schoolwork, cycling, schoolwork, reading and, very occasionally, schoolwork. I mean who wants to hear about that? Not me that’s for sure, which is exactly why I avoided the topic and told you instead about the fascinating practice of embellishing one’s refrigerator with a cushion.
Hey everyone, My name is Lulu and I am so excited to be your yr 10 leader this year. Before attending this amazing school called Campbell, I attended 7 other primary schools these primarily being catholic. So, I have quite a lot of experience when it comes to going to a new school. I have been here since yr 7 (longest time EVER!!! at a school) and know this is a very welcoming and inclusive school. If you are lost or just need a helping hand I am always here to help. My favourite subject has to be Science followed by Maths and Band. In my spare time I play basketball (despite being 5’0) as well as participating in as many of the opportunities Campbell High offers as I can. I hope that your time at Campbell High will be as amazing as it has for me.
Hey everyone, I'm Jackson and i have been at Campbell High since year seven. I came from a very small primary school so i know what it's like to not know anyone and I’d be glad to help anyone who needs it. One of my favourite things to do is play guitar and sing and one of the great things about Campbell is all the opportunities you get and how they can help you to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing what challenges arise in 2017.
Hello everyone, I am Kate Kay and I attended Bungendore Primary School before starting year 7 at Campbell High. I am a member of the year 10 leadership team and the CLLASS program. I love to dance, sing (even if i’m not good at it), play sport and my favourite subjects are English and History. I am excited to meet you all and if you have any questions, concerns or just want to chat I am more than happy to listen and help.
Hi everyone, my name is Liz. I am pretty noticeable in a crowd due to nearly always wearing gumboots. I came from Gundaroo Primary and have to take a long bus trip to and from school, I am now an expert so don’t be afraid to talk to me about how to deal with the bus. My favourite classes are Band and English and I thoroughly encourage anyone to go for it whatever you feel passionate about. Did you know that you use more muscles in your face to frown than to smile? I love making new friends both actual people and inanimate objects… Usually coming in the form of my flute or books. I am also super crazy but shhh! You didn’t hear that from me! I can’t wait to meet you all!
Hey everyone!! I’m Heather and I’m looking forward to helping and meeting a lot of you. My transition from primary school to year 7 was so much easier knowing that people were there to help me along the way. Inside school i enjoy PE, CLLASS (a girls leadership sports group) and Science. I am also House Captain for Stephens (GO STEPHENS). I enjoy a lot of things outside of school like sports (soccer especially), rock climbing, abseiling, drawing and cooking. I love being able to provide help and care to people. Knowing that I’m making someone's day by just smiling at them makes my day too. Hope to meet all of you! Feel free to come ask me about anything and i’ll do my best to guide you in the right direction!
Hey guys, I'm Max. I'm always up for helping anyone who comes to me. I'm interested in lots of subjects, but my favourites are Science, Maths, and Tech subjects. I used to go to Jerrabomberra Public School and really enjoyed it. Outside school I play video games, and do scouts. I almost always wear my blue scout hat, so finding me is fairly easy. If ever you need help, come see me, I'd be happy to help in any way I can.
Hey guys I'm Tahlia!! I went to St Gregory's Primary School before coming to Campbell in year 7 and have loved every day of it! Hi everyone I’m Isaac and excited to be one of the School Captains this year. I came to Campbell from Weetangera Primary and have loved learning in the school’s supporting environment. My interests outside of school are; cycling, running, hanging out with friends and swimming in my dam! Please feel free to come and talk to me this year I’m always available if you need help. 2017 is going to be the best year yet!

Hello everyone! My name is Ashley and I’m honored to be able to make the school a better place and help as many people I can while being a part of the year 10 student executive group. Outside of school, I love to cook, play tennis, hang out with my friends and swim, ski and wakeboard in my 10 acre lake!! I can already tell this year is going to be amazing with heaps of great experiences for all of us:) I look forward to meeting everyone and I can’t wait to.
Hi everyone, I’m Duyen. Now looking back, I can see I look so weird with long hair. Anyway, I just wanted to say that it’s my honour to work with you guys, even though I didn’t get to work with everyone. Hopefully we’ll get to work together in the future. I can’t wait! If you ever need help, and if I can help. Please feel free to come to talk to me. I’ll do everything I can! *thumbs up* Yay!
Hey guys! I’m Marisa. I love experiencing new things and meeting people so feel free to come and talk to me anytime. I am obsessed with cats and food. My hobbies are playing violin, cooking and watching movies. At school I really enjoy learning Japanese, Maths, History and god I love to bake. I could talk all day about baking! I was this ball of awkwardness in Year 7 but soon felt welcomed by Campbell’s friendly community. If you have any problems or questions you can always ask me except I don’t remember classroom numbers so I might get lost too…I hope we can make many wonderful memories in 2017.
Hi I’m Holly and I have been attending Campbell High School since year 7. I came from Bungendore Primary School where I was House Captain for Currandooley. I love all the teachers here and I have made so many amazing friends at my time here at the school. My favourite subjects are Mathematics, English and of course long and short break. I can’t wait to see what 2017 brings!!!!!
Gday, I'm Ted. I've had a great time at Campbell and will happily do whatever I can to make your experience as good as mine. Throughout my time at Campbell I have made many new friends and done things I had never done before. I’m always ready to have a chat or help out, whether it's about school work, sport and or friends I can head you to the people around the school dedicated to making your time at Campbell High School.
Hi! My name’s Steph and I went to Bungendore Primary. My favourite things to do are dance, sport and of course, like any other teenager, sleeping. I still remember my first day of year seven and being so overwhelmed with how big and scary this school seemed. I got lost many times but thankfully the teachers and older students were always around to help me. Now in year ten, I’ve realised Campbell High isn’t so big and scary; it’s a super friendly place where almost anyone is willing to be friends and help you out. I hope you all enjoy the next four years and make every day count because it will be gone before you know it.
Hey everyone I’m Lola. I came from a really small school called Blue Gum. I love all the different things Campbell has to offer and I hope that you all enjoy them too. I’m known for my loud voice and crazy hand movements (thanks to my Italian genes) and I can usually be heard before I’m seen. I play netball, soccer and oztag but I love giving any sport a go. I struggle with so many things so if you want to talk I’m your girl. I also understand the struggle of going to a new school and knowing no one so I would love for you to come sit with me if you are struggling to make friends. I hope to get to know all of you and to be able to support you through this exciting new journey.
Hi guys my name is Ben. I attended Majura Primary School and have been at Campbell High ever since. I play soccer for Majura aka MFC (I’m often around the oval if you would like to join me and my friends in a game of soccer). I am in the CLASSIC program (boys leadership and sports) and also enjoy Science. Please come talk to me, I’m looking forward to meeting you all and seeing what 2017 has to offer.
HI! I’m Matilda and I went to Ainslie Primary before Campbell. I love it here at Campbell and I hope to make you love it here as much as I do. My favourite subjects are History and English. I do swimming and netball outside of school and when I’m not swimming or doing homework I love to read or listen to music. I love helping people, so I’m always here if you need an answer or just directions. I hope to meet you all! And help make Campbell the safe haven it is for me.
